The Blackwell family has provided excellent services to families for over 20 years. In fact, the family patriarch (the late Roy Blackwell) served as a limo driver and provided his cars for the local funeral home in Yanceyville in the 60's and 70's. In 1998, his son Faiger Blackwell Sr. opened the first Blackwell Funeral Home in Burlington, NC. 

Faiger M. Blackwell Jr. now serves as the manager for Blackwell Funeral Home of Yanceyville. In the past, the funeral home was located at 1331 Main St. Now, we are located at 143 Third Ave. in what used to be Harrelson's Funeral Home. 

As growth continued, the Blackwell family also built a crematory (the first in Caswell County) in 2021. All cremations are done on site. Blackwell Funeral Home of Yanceyville is fully equipped and staffed to assist your family in it's most difficult times. The staff are all natives of Caswell County and are proud to call it home.
