Tony Mims

Tony Shawn Mims was born November 30, 1958 by Mrs. Lula Graves and Albert Mack Mims Sr. He suddenly departed this life on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Cone Health Alamance Regional Medical Center. 

Tony attended Bartlett Yancey High School and worked for Burlington Industries. He also worked for the Power Washing Company until he could no longer work. He loved to fish, to do yard work and work with plants. He loved going to the movies and he loved old school cars. 

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Lula Graves of Reidsville; wife, Minister Rosalind Mims of the home; four sons: Tony Mims Jr. of Raleigh, Antonio Mims, Americus Mims (Kristen), LeVar Jones all of Burlington; one daughter: Tonikwa Mims of Greensboro; two brothers: Donald Mims and Albert Mims Jr. both of Reidsville; two sisters: Deborah Roberson (Joseph) and Sharon Fallen (Donald) both of Reidsville and a host of relatives, family and friends.
