Obituary
Justin Keith Wagner, 31, transitioned on July 1st, 2023. Justin was the son of Clyde Keith Wagner and Regina Blackmon Edwards who both survive. Justin was a graduate of Bartlett Yancey High School and earned an Associate's Degree at PCC. In addition to his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory, his fiance Amber Shaffer, son Colsen Wagner, sister Candice Shelton and brother William Edwards, a nephew William J. Edwards, and grandmother Betty Howard Blackmon.
He was preceded in death by a sister Charisse Wagner.
