Otis Owen Frazier Jr.

Otis Owen Frazier Jr., 61 passed away peacefully on Sunday March 23,2025, at his residence.

He was born in New York City on June 20,1963 to the late Martha Collins Frazier (Lawerenceville, VA) and Otis Odell Frazier(Danville, VA). He received his high school diploma at Dan River High School in Ringgold VA. He relocated in Greensboro NC for several years where he was known as a compassionate and dedicated caregiver. He touched countless lives with his unwavering commitment to helping others, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and care.

Otis was preceded by his mother Martha Collins Frazier, his father Otis Odell Frazier. Larry Collins (brother)and Marie Frazier (sister). He is survived by his Sisters Joyce Tonge, Lucinda Turner, Gladys Frazier of Danville VA. And his brother Gregory Frazier of Newport News. And many nieces, nephews,and cousins
