It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Rhonda Farmer who passed away on July 10, 2020 at the age of 62. She was the daughter of the late James Ernest Lea and Linda Farmer Burnette.
She was a loving mother and grandmother who cared for many. She was a strong woman. She would often take care of people and take in kids. She worked as a CNA at Poole's Rest Home.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughters: Tameka Johnson (Andre) and Alicia Lea (McKinley Thorpe), a sister: Linda Farmer Lea (Clyde) and brother: Steve Poteat, and four grandchildren: Kinley Thorpe, Jalean Graves, Kyshawn Thorpe, Ja-Vion Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, god children, family and friends.
