Shermika was educated in the Pittsylvania County School. She was baptized and a member of United Holiness Worship Center.

She was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and a dear friend to many. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Bobby Pritchett of Danville Va 3 beautiful daughters all of Danville Va She'Myah Pritchett, Ja'Myah Pritchett and Jasmine Pritchett,1 stepfather Harry Wimbush, a mother in law Sherry Pritchett of Danville Va, 4 aunts Nadene Ferrell and Penny Davis of Danville Va, Shirley Temple Ferrell of Sutherlin Va, and Shirley Jean Ferrell of Ringgold Va, 2 uncles Silas Lee Ferrell Jr. and Henry Ferrell both of Danville Va, a special cousin Christina Ferrell of Danville Va.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by 3 aunts Julia Glenn, Jennifer Ferrell Fitzgerald, and Gloria Ferrell Davis, her grandparents Silas Lee Ferrell and Mary Elizabeth Williams Ferrell, and her great grandparents Norman and Gertrude Gunn Williams. We miss and love you
