Wayne Eugene Dabney

Mr. Wayne Eugene Dabney  departed to his heavenly home on May 19th, 2025 at Carillion Hospital of Roanoke, VA. 

Wayne was born on October 1, 1950 to the late Queen Esther Dabney. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and of Christian faith. 

Wayne leaves to mourn two daughters: Catherine Golden(Kevin) of Salisbury NC and Wanda Dabney of Danville, Virginia; one son Travis Dabney(Danielle) of Danville, VA; two brothers: Mark Dabney(Leslie) and Eric Dabney( Rebecca) both of Danville VA; one Aunt Olivia White; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. 

In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by one brother: Anthony Dabney, both maternal grandparents, Charlie and Kitty Dabney.
