Wendy (Fuqua) Gammon

Wendy Dawn Gammon (Fuqua) was born on February 7, 1967, to the late William Larry Fuqua and Mary Garrison Fuqua in Danville, Virginia. On January 25, 2025, she gained her wings after a lengthy battle with illness.

Wendy was fun, loving person who loved her children and family. She was big fan of rock and roll music and enjoyed motorcycles as well. She was also a great cook.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her children: Michael Gentry of Eden, Brittany Gammon of Danville, and Harlee Denny (Trevor) of Yanceyville, Mother Mary Garrison Fuqua, stepdaughter Tina Moore of Danville, brother Jonathan Blair Fuqua of Durham; grandchildren: Cal Weekes, Grace Moore and Alex Gentry and a host of relatives, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Larry Fuqua and her husband, Dwayne Gammon.
